Gill Jones - Assistant Manager

Gill Jones joined Banner & Co in 2013, having previously worked in a recruitment environment for 20 years. With a strong, ethical sales focus and keen attention to detail, she thrives on providing our clients with comprehensive advice on pre-market preparation and overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion. Pauline Bennett - Sales Negotiator/Administration Assistant

Pauline has been working with Banner & Co for 18 years and has been a Director for 12 of those. With a strong administration background and having previously worked in a legal environment, Pauline is a mainstay of the administration procedure and has developed a fail-safe system in order to make us totally compliant with current legislation and procedures. Pauline also enjoys the customer-facing aspect of the business and frequently accompanies viewings and negotiates sales.


Janet Garrett - Social Media Co-ordinator

Janet implements and oversees our prolific social media advertising output and ensures that all our properties receive the maximum amount of marketing on all the relevant platforms. Having previously been our weekend receptionist and living in Lymm for over a decade, she is familiar with the local area and the way we wish our properties to be represented.


Jon Sockett - Independent Mortgage Advisor

Jon started in Financial Services in February 1987 after leaving University. Originally working in London, he then moved to Countrywide, based in Cheshire, between 1988 and 2001, before moving onto Bradford and Bingley. He has been based in Banner & Co, offices, running the mortgage company - Marsden Cooper Associates - now for over 20 years. He has over 35 years experience in Financial Services. Although Jon is a Director of Banner and Co. Marsden Cooper Associates is a separate company and any advice will be from them as a third party.


Jane Emson - Sales Negotiator

Jane has over 8 years experience of working in Estate Agency, previously working in Stockton Heath and Wigan. Having lived in the South Warrington area for over 40 years she has a great deal of knowledge of the local area and its amenities. With excellent communication skills, Jane is a driven and enthusiastic individual with experience of dealing with all aspects of the buying and selling process.


Katy Hansford - Weekend Receptionist/Viewing Representative

Katy is the newest member of our team and is our vital weekend member of staff who accompanies our viewers to all our properties. Her previous experience in social housing management ensures she has excellent communication skills and a friendly and approachable attitude. Katy has been a resident of Lymm for the last 20 years and her local knowledge of area, schooling and social activities is exceptional and proves to be very useful to our clients.
