Gill Jones joined Banner & Co in 2013, having previously worked in a recruitment environment for 20 years. With a strong, ethical sales focus and keen attentional to detail, she thrives on providing our clients with comprehensive advice on pre-market preparation and overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion. Pauline has been working with Banner & Co for 15 years and has been a Director for 10 of those. With a strong administration background and having previously worked in a legal environment, Pauline is a mainstay of the administration procedure and has developed a fail-safe system in order to make us totally compliant with current legislation and procedures. Pauline also enjoys the customer-facing aspect of the business and frequently accompanies viewings and negotiates sales.
Janet is our vital weekend member of staff, taking time to visit all our properties beforehand to ensure she is armed with all the relevant property information for each viewing. Her previous experience as a Call Centre Manager ensures she has excellent communication skills and is a lively addition to our team, enabling us to prove a 7-days-a-week viewing service to all our clients.
Jon started in Financial Services in February 1987 after leaving University. Originally working in London, he then moved to Countrywide, based in Cheshire, between 1988 and 2001 before moving onto Bradford and Bingley. He has been based in Banner & Co, running the mortgage side - Marsden Cooper Associates - now for over 15 years and has been a Director for the last 10. He deals with the whole of the market and has over 30 years' experience.
Joining the team this Summer Emily has taken on the maternity cover role for our Residential Lettings Manager. Recently qualified member of ARLA she has over 15 years of property experience. Offering extensive knowledge of the property market with a wealth of experience in assisting Buy to Let Landlords, investors building portfolios and helping tenants find their ideal home. Her main role will be advising existing and new clients on the marketing and management of their properties, negotiating tenancies and day to day management of our lettings portfolio.
